Batomocracy Overlay: Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply to Batomocracy Overlay, a Twitch extension for the Batomocracy stream, run by Brennan Nowers ("we", "us"). By using the extension, you agree to them. If you don't agree, just don't use it. You can still watch and play along in chat.
What the extension does
On the Batomocracy stream, Twitch chat plays Batomon Showdown by voting on each move. The extension shows the game's units and lets you vote by clicking instead of typing. A click counts exactly like the same command typed in chat.
Free and as-is
The extension is free. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It only works while the stream's bot is running, so it may be unavailable, show outdated information, or miss a vote. We may change, pause or retire it at any time.
Votes
- One vote per person per decision, whether you click or type. Your latest vote counts.
- The most-voted option wins. The streamer and moderators can pause voting or take over the game at any time.
- We don't guarantee that any vote is counted or that any particular result happens.
Fair play
Don't:
- automate votes, or use scripts or bots to vote,
- interfere with, overload or try to break the extension or its server,
- use it to harass anyone.
We may ignore votes from, or block, anyone who does.
Twitch and Batomon Showdown
- Your use of Twitch is governed by Twitch's own Terms of Service.
- Batomon Showdown and its art belong to its developers. This extension isn't made, endorsed or supported by them.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the extension or from its being unavailable.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using the extension after a change means you accept the new terms.
